A RESOLUTION OF THE
BOROUGH OF HATFIELD AMENDING THE FEE
SCHEDULE IN CHAPTER 1, PART 5 OF THE
HATFIELD BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES,
RELATING TO THE COLLECTION OF ELECTRIC
BILLINGS.
WHEREAS, the Borough
Council of the Borough of Hatfield has
amended Chapter 9 of the Hatfield Borough
Code of Ordinances; and
WHEREAS, the Borough
Council desires to amend the Fee Schedule in
Chapter 1, Part 5, Section 505 of the Code
of Ordinances to appropriately reimburse the
Borough for costs related to the collection
of electric billings and ordinance
administration.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED AND ENACTED, by the Borough Council
of the Borough of Hatfield, Montgomery
County, Pennsylvania, that the following fee
schedule is hereby adopted:
Amount of Deposit
New residential customers are
required to post and maintain a security
deposit: $300.00
Residential customers late
on two or more bills are required to post
and maintain a security deposit:
$300.00
New commercial customers
are required to post and maintain a security
deposit: $300.00, plus one month's
billing (estimated)
New industrial or large
commercial customers are required to post
and maintain a security deposit:
$300.00 plus one month's billing (estimated)

2008-01
ELECTRIC SERVICE DEPOSIT RATE
WHEREAS, the Borough of
Hatfield requires, under Chapter 9, Section
104, part 3 of the Borough Code, a deposit
for electrical service by residential
customers who are not the owner of the
property where service is to be provided;
and
WHEREAS, the Chapter 9,
Section 104, part 3 of the Borough Code
allows the Borough Council to set the amount
of the deposit by resolution; and
WHEREAS, the Borough
Council wishes to set the amount of deposits
for all residential customers who are not
the owner of the property where service is
to be, regardless of credit history.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED by the Council of the Borough of
Hatfield that the following deposit is
required as of the adoption of this
resolution.
A Three Hundred
Dollar ($300.00) deposit will be required of
all residential customers who are not the
owner of the property where service is to be
provided, regardless of credit history.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,
that this deposit supersedes and replaces
all prior fees and deposits adopted by the
Council of the Borough of Hatfield with
regard to electrical service by residential
customers who are not the owner of the
property where service is to be provided.

A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH OF HATFIELD AMENDING
RESOLUTION #2001-03, THE FEE SCHEDULE IN THE HATFIELD BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES.
WHEREAS, the Borough Council of the Borough of Hatfield has conducted a thorough review of its Fee Schedule, and concluded that the same shall be reviewed and updated and to establish a fee structure to appropriately reimburse the Borough for costs related to ordinance administration.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ENACTED, that the Borough Council of the Borough of Hatfield, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, that the following
amendment to Resolution #2001-03, fee schedule is hereby adopted:
