Hatfield Borough Electric Rates

The Code of Ordinances, Borough of Hatfield, Chapter 9, Part 1 Entitled Electricity, is hereby revised to read as follows:

Section 119.3

Rate Schedule - Residential.

$8.62 customer charge.

$0.1761 per KWH for any part of the first 200 KWH.

$0.1450 per KWH for all additional KWH's.

Minimum charge, $8.62 per month.

Section 120.3

Rate Schedule - GLP-1.

$8.62 customer charge.

$0.2289 per KWH for any part of the first 500 KWH.

$0.2177 per KWH for any part of the next 1,500 KWH.

$0.1788 per KWH for all additional KWH used.

Minimum charge, $8.62 per month.

Section 121.3

Rate Schedule - GLP-2 Three (3) Kilowatts Minimum Demand

$12.45 for the first three (3) kilowatts of the billing KW.

$3.96 per KW for each additional kilowatt of the billing KW.

$0.2028 per KWH for the first one hundred (100) KWH per kilowatt of billing KW.

$0.1600 per KWH for all additional KWH.

Minimum charge, $12.45 per month.

Section 122.3

Rate Schedule - GLP - 3 Thirty Kilowatts Minimum Demand

1. $11.74 for each kilowatt for any part of the first one hundred (100) kilowatts of the billing KW.
2. $8.62 per kilowatt for all additional kilowatts of the billing KW.
3. The above charge entitles the customer to use fifty (50) KWH for each kilowatt of the billing KW.
4. $0.1186 per KWH for the next fifty (50) KWH per kilowatt of the billing KWH.
5. $0.0984 per KWH for all additional KWH.

 

All other provisions of said Chapter and Part shall remain in full force and effect.

These rates are effective January 15, 2009
