The Hatfield Museum & History Society was formed in 1992 with a main goal of preserving the history of both Hatfield Borough and Hatfield Township. Another goal of the Society is to establish a museum to educate the community about its heritage.

Central Montgomery Medical Center is a 24-hour a day medical facility, located 2 miles outside of the center of Lansdale. The 150 - bed acute care hospital is currently staffed with 250 board certified physicians and is equipped with an on-site helipad for trauma situations. In addition to medical and surgical care the hospital also provides many Community Health Education Programs.
